The greatest gift of being a Chick-fil-A Operator is the connection I have with my leaders and team members. Most of our team members have not had formal work experience in Corporate America and it’s important to me that they not only reach our business goals, but also their personal life goals. It’s a joy to learn about where they see themselves in the future and help them create an action plan to get there. It starts with a simple questionnaire to guide the conversation.
